The device for the locking and stepless adjusting in the radial and axial direction of discs, hubs and other tools on rotating shafts has a clamping lever (3) provided to the side of the disc (1) and which is fitted via an adjustable force in an inclined position. The clamping lever is centered on the shaft, and the lever is rotationally locked in relation to the disc by means of a screw (6). A compression spring fitted in the disc exerts a force on the clamping lever, and the spring force may be adjusted by a pressure screw.
