POLYPROPYLENE RESIN FOAMED SHEET, LAMINATED FOAMED SHEET USING THE SAME, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MOLDED CONTAINER AND FOAMED SHEET FROM THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin foamed sheet excellent in moldability and secondary processability, a polypropylene resin laminated foamed sheet obtained by laminating a polypropylene resin non-foamed layer to the foamed sheet and a molded container obtained by thermal molding of these sheets.

SOLUTION: The polypropylene resin foamed sheet has a mean thickness of 1-5 mm, a value obtained by dividing the difference between the maximum and minimums values of thickness by the mean thickness of 0.20 or less, a closed-cell ratio of 60% or more and a density of 0.1-0.5 g/cc and is characterized in that the number of cells per a unit area is 30 cells/mm2or more and the cyclic number of times of cyclic thin-walled parts looked in the width direction of the sheet is 30 times/m or more. The polypropylene resin laminated foamed sheet is obtained by laminating a polypropyrene resin non-foamed layer on at least the single layer of the foamed sheet. The molded container is obtained by thermoforming the foamed sheet or the laminated foamed sheet and the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the thickness of the side part of the molded container is not more than 0.5 mm.
