PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which can be simply manufactured without needing a special apparatus, equipment or the like, is applicable to any shape and can be opened/closed any number of times, and to provide a method of manufacturing the bag. SOLUTION: An adhesive which has hardly adhesion at ordinary temperature and exhibits adhesion by heating, or pressurizing after heating, or simultaneously heating and pressurizing is directly applied on a part of at least a base material of the bag, preferably on a surface layer of a plastic film, preferably on the internal surface layer. During the manufacture of the bag or after the manufacture, the adhesive is heated, or pressurized after heating, or simultaneously heated and pressurized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
