PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft preventive device of a construction machine for easily making input to an input means of the theft preventive device in a limited operation room.

SOLUTION: A plurality of sash bars 7 are arranged at an interval in the vertical direction in a window 6 arranged on the non-entering side in the operation room 3. An input device 8 is fixed between the adjacent two sash bars 7A and 7B among the plurality of these sash bars 7. Since the input device 8 of the theft preventive device is arranged in a part of the sash bars 7 of the window 6 being a position near an operator H in a limited space in the operation room 3, input operation such as an identification number can be performed easily.
