PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent problems of a conventional photosensitive drum such as decrease in transfer property due to contamination or scratches of a photosensitive layer and color irregularity due to inhomogeneous heat distribution on the whole surface of the photosensitive layer. SOLUTION: An aluminum or high-functional resin-made roll is disposed on the outside of a shaft, a photosensitive layer is applied on the outer surface of the roll, and further a fluorocarbon resin film or a high-functional resin film is formed on the photosensitive layer to obtain the photosensitive drum. The high-functional resin film consists of a mixture of two or more high- functional resins in the photosensitive drum. Or, the high-functional resin film is made of a fluorocarbon resin.
