<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuum of containers which does not require heat sterilization of a liquid and suitable for mass production of containers filled with the liquid, and methods of manufacturing the continuum and filling the liquid into the continuum. <P>SOLUTION: The continuum of the containers comprises a long continuum body 1 successively equipped with a plurality of containers 6 designed such that their housings 5 are partitioned while partially communicating and completely partitioned after the liquid is housed, a filling port means 8 and a breather means 9 provided on the body 1, a first filter member 10 provided on the means 8 and a second filter member 11 provided on the means 9. The manufacturing method comprises steps of forming the body 1 of flexible resin sheets 2 and 3, providing the filling port means 8 and the breather means 9, mounting the first filter member 10 and the second filter member 11 respectively, partially partitioning the body 1 at a plurality of portions and forming the plurality of containers 6 including the partially communicating housings 5. The filling method comprises steps of pouring the liquid from the filling port means 8, spreading the liquid via the communicating parts into the housings 5 and welding regions where the respective housings 5 communicate with one another for hermetically sealing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
