<p>A coding method and device for cascading the Turbo product code and Space-Time Trellis code (STTC), characterized in that: input bits are encoded at transmitting terminal by cascading the Turbo product code and Space-Time Trellis code (STTC); received signals are decoded at receiving terminal by iterating Turbo product code and Space-time Trellis code (STTC). Transmitting terminal includes at least a encoder which is cascade of a Turbo product encoder and a Space-Time Trellis decoder; receiving terminal includes at least a decoder which is also cascade of a turbo product decoderr and a space-Time Trellis decoder. The invention uses TPC as outer code of cascade coding, so it can reduce complexity and delay of decoding and decrease overhead of buffer; the invention uses iterative decoding between Turbo product code and Space-Time Trellis code (STTC), thus improves coding gain greatly while obtaining diversity gain.</p> |
