<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately fold into two, then fold back and fix a bottom material 1 into a folded shape without imparting a folding tendency to the bottom material 1, and tuck the folded bottom material 1 between both layers of a barrel part, in a bag making machine for tucking the bottom material 1 between both layers of the barrel part at a split part of a barrel material. <P>SOLUTION: A trapezoidal plate 2 shifts in its trapezoid height direction, then the short side 4 engages with the bottom material 1 and a pair of a tuck-in plates 10 engage with the bottom material 1 at both sides, of the trapezoidal plate 2 in the widthwise direction, following the shift of the trapezoidal plate 2. After that, the plates 10 are inserted into the gaps 3 of the trapezoidal plate 2, then the bottom material 1 is folded into two along the short side 4 of the plate 2 and folded back along an oblique side 5 to be tucked into the gaps 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
