<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of evaluating a driver, capable of improving the driving manner of a driver and reducing generation of noise and emission gas of an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: The method of evaluating a driver for evaluating the driver who drives a vehicle comprises an index value calculation process for calculating an index value based on index information indicating the driving condition provided by the vehicle, an evaluation process for evaluating the driving manner of the driver based on the index value, a management process for managing the fuel charge corresponding to the index value, and a charge determination process for determining the fuel charge based on the index value calculated in the index value calculation process and the fuel charge managed in the management process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
