EXTENDED BUILDING WITH COLD/WARM AIR CIRCULATING STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve enhancement of comfort and energy savings for an extended building by adding a cold/warm air circulating structure in extending an existing building.

SOLUTION: The extended building is obtained by installing new wall members and roof members to cover the outer periphery and top of an existing building from which old roof members have been removed, then providing new floor members on the tops of ceiling members at the top floor of the existing building, and forming a living space between the new floor members and the new roof members. Ventilating spaces are created between the sidewalls of the existing building and the new wall members and between the ceiling members and the new floor members and a circulating device for circulating warm air and/or cold air in the ventilating spaces is installed in the attic of the new roof members to construct the extended building with the cold/warm air ventilating structure.
