PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To play a shooting game, even when a distance between a laser gun and a target device cannot be set to be a distance as determined for the shooting game, similarly to the case of playing the shooting game at a distance determined for the shooting game. SOLUTION: The shooting system comprises the laser gun 2 for shooting a laser beam 3 and the target device 2 having a target plate 4 detachably mounted thereon on which the laser beam 3 is shot by the laser gun 2, for detecting a shot point on the target plate 4, wherein shooting conditions are set depending on a distance between the laser gun 2 and the target device 1. The target plate 4 is selected out of the plurality of target plates constructed to have mutually different shooting conditions even when the distance between the laser gun 2 and the target device 1 is constant, in accordance with the shooting conditions, and it is mounted on the target device 1.
