PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster from which bisoprolol can persistently, effectively and dermally be absorbed to exhibit an excellent medicinal efficacy. SOLUTION: This plaster is prepared by disposing on one side of a support an adhesive layer containing bisoprolol or its pharmacologically acceptable salt and an acrylic adhesive prepared by copolymerizing an alkyl (meth)acrylate with a copolymerizable monomer containing neither a carboxyl group nor a sulfo group.
