<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug adhesion apparatus which can deal with the size of an angular length of various different types of a carton vessel by providing a method, in which a carton receiving member (anvil) and an ultrasonic adhesion means for heating to adhere a plug arranged against the carton receiving member are provided on one slide mechanism, and moved together by the only portion of the difference of the size of the carton angular length when changing the carton angular length, are to realize a stable plug adhesion after changing the size of the angular length. <P>SOLUTION: The carton receiving member 4 can enter into the upper opening of a rectangular shape carton vessel 1 from the upper direction thereof, and the ultrasonic adhesion means 6 heats to adhere the plug 2 supplied and mounted within a plug fixing hole 1a of the upper opening of the vessel 1 arranged against the carton receiving member. These two are integrally mounted on a slide base 8 which can be slidably moved in a direction (X direction) of the carton vessel 1. The carton receiving member 4 and the ultrasonic adhesion means 6 can move integrally in response to the size of the angular length of the vessel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
