<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective laminate and a protective suit superior in shot resistance, protective toughness and operability. <P>SOLUTION: The protective laminate comprises a plurality of polyethylene shields integrated together by thermo compression bonding. The number of the polyethylene shields is preferably 20-40, but not limiting thereto.
