PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-developable photosensitive material excellent in image preservability after heat development and excellent also in storage stability. SOLUTION: The heat-developable photosensitive material comprises on the same face of a support a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a heat developer and a binder and comprises one or more solid fine particle dispersions of a photographically useful organic compound prepared using a surfactant having 1-2,000 ppm chloride ion concentration as a dispersant.
