<p>Disclosed are concentrated liquid cleaning and disinfecting compositions which are normally diluted in a larger volume of water to form a working solution therefrom, and which exhibit a blooming effect when diluted. These compositions comprise: (a) a fatty acid methyl ester solvent, (b) at least one cationic surfactant having germicidal properties, (c) at least one nonionic ethoxylated alcohol surfactant, (d) an amphoteric surfactant, (e) an organic water-soluble solvent, (f) a major proportion of water, (g) a chelating agent, and (h) optionally, one or more further components.</p> |
