<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition which prevents sublimation of contained triazine and can form a pattern of a good shape and a color filter for a display having required patterns of colored layers, a black matrix, a protective layer, a gap holding material, etc., with a high degree of accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises a triazine- containing resin which is the polymer of a monomer having a triazine unit represented by formula (1) and a vinyl group and/or an isopropenyl group, and a monomer having an unsaturated double bond. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
