METHOD FOR BONDING FILM, WIDE-WIDTH FILM PRODUCED BY THE METHOD AND AGRICULTURAL COVERING MATERIAL USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bonding a film having on one side thereof a surface treated by hydrophilicizing treatment that is excellent in fusion- bonding force of a fusion-bonded portion, a wide-width film produced by the method and an agricultural covering material produced by using the wide-width film.

SOLUTION: The method for bonding a film comprises disposing two films (A) having each on one side thereof a surface treated by hydrophilicizing treatment in a side-by-side abutting relation at the edge side of the film (A) with the hydrophilicized surfaces of the two films aligned on the same side, overlapping a film (B) across the abutment portion of the two films on the side of a surface not treated by hydrophilicizing treatment of the film (A) and hot-press bonding the overlapping portion (c1) to bond the two films (A). The wide-width film is produced by the method. The agricultural covering material is produced by using the wide-width film.
