PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery fluid flowing device for detecting and discharging, without requiring labor, a powdery body accumulated in a pipe body through which a fluid including the powder body flows. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with the tube body 3 through which the fluid 2 including the powdery body 7 flows and a piezoelectric substance 4 disposed in the tube body 3, and is characterized in that the substance 4 is formed as a detection element for detecting the weight of the powdery body 7 accumulated in the tube body 3. Furthermore, this device is equipped with the tube body 3 through which the fluid 2 including the powdery body 7 flows, a piezoelectric substance 4 disposed in the tube body 3, and a voltage impressing part 8 for impressing a voltage on the substance 4, and is characterized in that the substance 4 is formed as a vibration element vibrated by an impressed voltage to discharge the accumulated powdery body 7.
