<p>It is intended to provide medicinal compositions which are advantageous as sealants for wound, etc. and have an effect of strongly promoting the healing of intractable wounds or operative wounds without any risk of side effects such as canceration accompanying the promotion of tissue generation. Namely, medicinal compositions characterized by containing a photocrosslinkable chitosan derivative and a wound healing promoter. It is preferable that the photocrosslinkable chitosan derivative has a saccharide having a reducing end which has been introduced into at least a part of the amino groups in the chitosan skeleton and a photoreactive group which has been introduced into at least another part thereof. It is preferable that the wound healing promoter is a cell proliferative factor.</p> |
