The structure includes a stand (1) with a cylindrical base (11), installed in the middle of a loudspeaker arrangement, a support arm (12) extending upwards from an upper edge of the base, and a socket. A steel ball is supported by a pressure spring assembled in the socket. A frame (2) is assembled on the stand, having two flat sockets for holding respectively a high-tone loudspeaker (3) and a low-tone loudspeaker (4). Two eyelets (23) extend respectively from two parallel, upper flanges (22). A triangular floor positioning plate (24) hangs at a side of the support arm of the stand, and borders on the steel ball. Several positioning holes are formed successively in different heights in the floor positioning plate, and can engage with alternatively with the steel ball.
