PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim head of a hook and the hook with the same which can be implemented even for a type for use in thick textiles by preventing it from becoming wrinkled in use and resistant to the occurrence of cracks by pressure due to pressing in manufacturing and processing. SOLUTION: The hook is composed of a junction of the trim head and the hook body by passing through a tube-shaped caulking leg of the trim head and by caulking a passing through part to an attaching part of the hook body, and a front end side part of the caulking leg is to have a thinner thickness than that of a base end side part, and an inducing part for a crush such as a recessed part is provided on a side surface of the front end side part with a thin thickness.
