PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting gear for stretching and calisthenics helping not only practice the stretching and the calisthenics of a body but correct valgus leg and varus legs. SOLUTION: The assisting gear for the stretching and the calisthenics is provided with a base 1 and a part 5 inclining in a right-and-left direction and fixed on the surface of the base 1, wherein the part 5 in a state where the part 5 is fixed on the surface of the base 1 is formed so that a contact-with- the-sole face thereof downward inclines in either direction of the right or the left of the base 1.
