PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an energy-saving by enhancing an energy efficiency required for pulverization. SOLUTION: When a suspension containing a material to be pulverized is pressurized to a base liquid to force-feed it into conduits 4A, 4B by a slurry pump 2, the suspension is injected through collision nozzles 7A, 7B, and the material is pulverized by making suspensions each other collide from a relative direction; at least a part of the base liquid is vaporized in the conduits 4A, 4B to make it the vapor-liquid mixing phase state by pressurization by the slurry pump 2 and heating by a heater 6. Thereby, a pressure loss in the conduits 4A, 4B is reduced and the speed of the suspension is accelerated by the pressurization force caused by vaporization expansion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
