PURPOSE: An enclosure wall body of a water source and sewage disposal plant and a construction method thereof are provided to sufficiently bear up water pressure, prevent corrosion by water, and remarkably reduce a term of works. CONSTITUTION: An enclosure wall body of a water source and sewage disposal plant comprises anchor bolts(11) fixed in ground holes bored in a ground surface(21) of the water source and sewage disposal plant; plate-fitting groove parts formed by support shape steels(12) pierced by the anchor bolt and fixed; and synthetic resin hollow plates(14) end headers of which are fitted in the plate-fitting groove parts. Hollow parts are longitudinally formed to the middle parts of the synthetic resin hollow plates at predetermined intervals.
