PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection and filling method for an expandable resin material, which successively injects the expandable resin material in a mold while moving an injection position of the expandable resin material in the mold along the resin material flowing direction by the injection of the expandable resin material to fill the mold to effectively prevent foamed cells from becoming non-uniform in the flowing process by the extension of a filling time (that is, to prevent the solidification of the resin material in the vicinity of an injection hole or the growing of foamed cells at the intermediate part and terminal part of the flowing process) even if the resin material is especially high in viscosity and also bad in flowability, to shorten the filling time, to also prevent the generation of a weld (a phenomenon such that the injected resin material flows to become linear at a mating part) and to improve the discharge properties of the air in the cavity. SOLUTION: In the method for injecting the expandable resin material 7 in molds 1 and 2 to fill both molds, the injection and filling of the expandable resin material 7 is performed while moving the injection position of the resin material along the flowing direction of the molds accompanied by the injection of the resin material 7.
