PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting apparatus capable of automatically transporting an article to be cut such as a net or a rope to a cutting machine and automatically cutting it by the cutting machine, being operated safely and noticeably enhancing working efficiency. SOLUTION: A pair of feed rollers 5 is arranged for clipping and transporting the article to be cut. A holding roller 9 is provided on a downstream side in a transportation direction of each of the feed rollers 5 for regulating an upper position of the article transported by the feed roller 5. A guide member 14 for guiding the article is equipped on the downstream side in the transportation direction of the feed roller 5. The cutting machine 10 having a vertically movable cutting blade 12 is disposed on a downstream side in a transportation direction of the guide member 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
