PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the removal of clothing within a washing/dehydrating drum after the final dehydration in a fully automatic washing machine or a fully automatic washing/drying machine. SOLUTION: The fully automatic washing machine or the fully automatic washing/drying machine has a frame body, a tub supported hanging in the frame body, a washing/dehydrating drum rotatably arranged in the tub, an agitator rotatably arranged in the washing/dehydrating drum, a drive means which drives to spin the washing/dehydrating drum and the agitator and a control means for controlling the drive means. The control means shifts the operation to the fully automatic washing or the fully automatic washing/drying after the final dehydration process to peel the clothing off the side wall of the washing/dehydrating drum, thereby enabling users to take the clothing easily out of the fully automatic washing machine or the fully automatic washing/drying machine.
