PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber semipermeable membrane with high mechanical strengths and high water permeability. SOLUTION: This is a hollow fiber semipermeable membrane having a semipermeable layer on the inner surface of a hollow fiber braid, having a composite layer in which a part of the semipermeable layer enters into the braid between the braid and semipermeable layer, and having the hollow holes the average pore diameter of the semipermeable layer of which is in the range of 0.01-5μm.
