A target practice laser transmitting/receiving system including a shooting side apparatus for transmitting a shot laser signal and a target side apparatus for receiving a shot laser signal, wherein the shooting side apparatus transmits position information and time information carried on the shot laser signal, the target side apparatus extracts the position information and time information from the shot laser signal to judge the shot effect including the difference in distance between the shooting side and the target side, the shot munition type, the shooting side weapon type, the evasive action of the target side, and the effect of evasive action utilizing the terrain of the target side, simulate the shot of the shooting side apparatus, and simulate damage of the target side apparatus. <IMAGE>
