<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of types of game forms in one pachinko game machine. <P>SOLUTION: Since the pachinko game machine is provided with determining systems C, L and R comprising pattern display devices 20, 30 and 40, pattern start holes 22, 32 and 42 and win or lose determining means, a big win can be generated under a different condition per each determining system C, L and R. By this, since the plurality of types of game forms can be provided in one pachinko game machine and a game progression can be varied, weariness of a player can be prevented.
