PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-metal composite article, in which a resin formed body is strongly bound to the periphery of a metal core material, and its effective manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Within an injection mold 72, the outside resin formed body 10 made of a first resin material (such as a monomer casting nylon), in the inside of which a core metal 30 is arranged, is arranged. In a gap K formed between the core metal 30 and the outside resin formed body 10, a second resin material (such as a 66 nylon), which has a compatibility with the first resin material and the melting point of which is higher than that of the first resin material, is injected. By cooling down the injected second resin material, an inside part adhesive bonded (or welded) to the outside resin formed body 10 and bound with the core metal 30, is formed. Thus, the resin-metal composite article, in which the resin formed body consisting of the outside resin formed body 10 and the inside resin part is bound with the core metal 30, is obtained.
