PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation block capable of drying in a comparatively short time without increasing cost. SOLUTION: A heating wire 4 is arranged in a concrete 2 made block and an electric power supply end 5 of the heating wire 3 is exposed outside. Further, the heating wire 3 is a nichrome wire 3.
