MATERIAL END MACHINING DEVICE OF VERTICAL TYPE RUNNING CIRCULAR SAWING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material end machining device of a vertical type running circular sawing machine which keeps durably the alignment of a first circular saw to cut a base material with a second circular saw to machine the end of the material and conducts cutting efficiently by a quick movement. SOLUTION: A table 3 holding the material W to be machined is provided and a slit 36 for running which guides the running movement of the first circular saw 9 is provided at the center of the table 3. A horizontal rule plate 4 whereon the material W is placed is provided in the lower part of the table 3. The second circular saw 35 which moves back and forth and projects from the slit 36 for running is provided in the rear of the horizontal rule plate 4. A swinging base 33 swinging up and down is provided on a base 31 moving back and forth and the second circular saw 35 is provided on the base 33. A rolling roller 46 is fitted to the swing base 33 and engaged with a guide rail 45 having a projecting circular-arc guide part 45b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
