PURPOSE: An MP3 player used for measuring body fat is provided to easily measure body fat without purchasing and carrying out a body fat measurer, thereby utilizing a result of measuring body fat. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(10) is formed of a plurality of buttons for inputting necessary values. An MP3 codec unit(20) is provided to encode and decode MP3 data. A memory stores data. A DAC(Digital to Analog Converter)(40) converts digital signals into analog signals. An earphone terminal(50) is provided to output the converted analog signals. An impedance measuring unit(60) is formed of a pair of electrodes, so that the impedance measuring unit applies a current through one electrode(60a) and measures voltage through the other electrode(60b). An amplifier(70) amplifies an output signal of the impedance measuring unit. An ADC(Analog to Digital Converter)(80) converts an output signal of the amplifier into a digital signal. A control unit(90) receives an input signal of the key input unit for processing the MP3 data or calculating body fat from the signal of the impedance measuring unit.
