CARBON NANOTUBE EMITTER PASTE COMPOSITION FOR FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CARBON NANOTUBE EMITTER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube emitter paste composition and a method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube emitter are provided to achieve improved characteristics of current emitted from the carbon nanotube emitter by allowing for a fine patterning of the cathode electrode. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube emitter paste composition contains 1 to 20 weight% of a carbon nanotube powder; a glass frit; 40 to 80 weight% of a mixture of acrylate based resin and/or acrylic resin, and ethyl cellulose; 0.1 to 20 weight% of a photoinitiator; and 0.1 to 20 weight% of an organic solvent. The glass frit has a weight ratio of 1 to 500 with respect to the weight ratio 1 of the carbon nanotube powder.
