PURPOSE: A home network system using a mobile is provided to remotely monitor various situations as controlling and inquiring about states of various apparatuses through an external mobile terminal, thereby resolving spatial restrictions and time loss. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(110) installs a wireless Internet access browser therein. A wireless exchange(120) performs a call exchanging function of the mobile terminal(110). A network interworking device(130) performs an interface function to interwork the exchange(120) with wire Internet networks(30). A gateway(140) is connected to the network interworking device(130). A home network server(150) performs a server role for a home network function. A home server(160) interworks with and controls many home appliances(20) and situation sensors(60).
