PURPOSE: An illuminating lamp for controlling brightness and color is provided to control the brightness and the colors of the light by using a tube formed with three or more fluorescent powders. CONSTITUTION: An illuminating lamp for controlling brightness and color includes an external power supply, a rectification portion(10), a stabilizer(20), and a control portion. The illuminating lamp for controlling brightness and color further includes a lamp portion(30), a display portion, and an operating portion(40). The lamp portion(30) is formed with a low lamp having the Kelvin temperature of 1600 to 2700 Kelvin degrees and a high lamp having the Kelvin temperature of 5000 to 10000 Kelvin degrees. The lamp portion(30) has a multi-wave to change the brightness and the colors by mixing three or more fluorescent powders. The display portion displays a controlling state of the lamp. The operating portion(40) includes a control switch to control the brightness and the colors. |
