<p>PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing sound absorbing/heat insulating floor coverings using industrial sludge is provided to prevent generation of various wastes and environmental pollution by charging the crushed, mixed, pressed and cut sludge as a floor covering for building after crushing, mixing, pressing and cutting collected EVA, PU, styrofoam sludge. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a collection step of collecting EVA, PU and styrofoam sludge generated during the process of fabricating industrial products such as shoe mid sole; a crushing step of crushing the collected sludge to small grains; a mixing step of injecting adhesive and hardener into the crushed sludge; an injection step of injecting the mixed sludge into a sheet type mold; a pressing step of applying heat and pressure to the injected sludge; a cutting step of cutting the pressed sheet type sludge to a proper size; and a charging step of charging the cut sheet type sludge as a floor coverings for building.</p> |
