PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the device compact in size. SOLUTION: This magnet drive device has rotor magnets 1 and 2, a coil bobbin 4 which has a coil winding center shaft extending in parallel, in the direction of the rotary shaft of the rotor magnet set where a coil is wound on the coil winding center shaft, a first stator yoke 5 whose one end 5b in the shape of a pillar is set counterposed to the inside periphery of the coil wound on the bobbin and whose other end 5a in the shape of a circular arc is counterposed apart to the outside periphery of the coil and the outside periphery of the rotor magnet; and a second stator yoke 3 whose one end 3b in the shape of a pillar is set counterposed to the inside periphery of the coil wound on the coil bobbin, in contact with one end of the first stator yoke so as to form a magnetic path, and whose other end 3a in the shape of a circular arc is counterposed apart to the outside periphery of the rotor magnet, also facing the circular other end of the first stator yoke sandwiching the rotor magnet.
