PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly transmit a data for a data request from a client computer, in a server computer side, and to efficiently display the requested data in a client computer side. SOLUTION: A layer selecting means A3a is provided to draw a drawing layer 7 for satisfying the data request from the client computer 5, using the respective drawing layers 7 in respective CAD files 6 in a server computer 4 as objects, and a layer collecting means A3b is provided, in the server computer 4, to collect the respective drawing layers 7 drawn by the layer selecting means A3a into one CAD file 8 for transmission to be transferred to a transmission means.
