PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device which is constituted by being combined with a control key equipped with a function of enabling unlocking/locking to be performed by operating a lock body by means of a driving source from the outside without the possession of the driving source on the side of the lock body. SOLUTION: This lock device is composed of: a locking mechanism 11 which is built into a door 2 and an edge of an opening on which the door 2 is to be mounted, and which allow the locking or the unlocking to be performed when a lock piece 13 is operated so as to either advance or retreat by power from the outside; a mechanism which allows the power to be supplied to the locking mechanism 11 from the outside; and the portable control key which is equipped with an operation part for imparting an operation signal for the unlocking or the locking and a control part for judging whether the operation signal is right or wrong. When signal input in the operation part is authenticated in the control part is authenticated by bringing a power supply part of the control key into contact with a power receiving part which is provided in the locking mechanism 11, an electric current is passed to enable the unlocking or the locking.
