PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the flowing away of a protective material due to a rainfall by concealing a pressing body, which tends to give an artificial feeling, with a water-permeable protective material. SOLUTION: A pressing body 30 is equipped with a center pressing surface portion 31a at the center position to which the tensile force of an anchor member formed with a through hole 39 of the anchor member as a bottom board portion 30 facing the face of slope, and a surrounding pressing surface portion which is positioned around the portion 31a and dividing with a ring shape and extended and united as one body. A projected portion 31b protruded to this side surrounding a through hole 39 in the center reinforcing rib portion 32 is provided; this projected portion has a joint wall 31c connected to the center reinforced rib portion, at a position passing an extended line from the through hole 39 to the joint wall 31c, at least four connecting ribs 34, which are practically identical to each other, are extended from the center reinforcing rib portion 32 to connecting rib 34, and a water permeable hole 35 is formed to penetrate into the bottom board portion 30.
