PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the operability of a jog/shuttle function effective for editing.

SOLUTION: A ring 2 fixed through an elastic member to a casing is disposed on the outer periphery of a rotary knob 1 for a jog shuttle operation, and a control unit 5 allows a vibration part 10 to vibrate the ring 2 in accordance with the selection of a jog shuttle function, so that a user understands which a current mode is presently.
