PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable with an electrical connection terminal that can be wired on a floor in a room without annoying human movement so that a person does not bumble or lose his/her balance.

SOLUTION: The flat cable with the electrical connection terminal comprises: very thin flat conductors 2 and 3; a thin coating member 6 that coats the flat conductors 2 and 3; and an electrical connection terminal 11 connected to the one ends of the flat conductors 2 and 3.
