<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management method and production management program capable of preparing the stock of a product having a high degree of demand and efficiently supplying the product. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer 21 records questionnaire information including product identifier, customer identifier and estimated demand quantity based on questionnaire result data from customer terminals 31. The management computer 21 calculates a correction value by dividing the total actual order receipt quantity of quantity information by customer by the total estimated demand quantity for products of the same product group of an order-scheduled product. The management computer 21 calculates the product of the estimated demand quantity of questionnaire information and the correction value as an expectation value by customer.
