PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data slicer capable of accurately converting signals demodulated after their reception into binary signals. SOLUTION: A floating slice level type data slicer 702 following up a DC voltage variation converts data of a packet header into binary signals, and a fixed slice level type data slicer 703 converts remaining packet data into binary signals. An initial slice level of the fixed slice level type data slicer 703 is set up, using demodulation data in a section of the packet header, thereby exactly switching the slice system.
