PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching and detaching lever capable of smoothly detaching an electrical apparatus from an electrical apparatus connection terminal without bending a terminal of the electrical apparatus. SOLUTION: An inclination control arm part 66 getting into contact with a side surface positioning on an opposite surface of a vertical part 64 of a lever main body 61 of side surfaces of a relay 70 is extended from a tip of a horizontal part 63 of the lever main body 61 when the relay 70 is pushed up with inclining the lever main body 61 by designated angles.
