PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation device for mutually supporting stacked blocks without permitting upper blocks to move from a stable position. SOLUTION: The base isolation device 100 is constituted of an upper mounting body 110 embedded in the upper blocks 150, a lower mounting body 120 embedded in the lower blocks 160, and a support body 130 which penetrates the upper body 110 and the lower body 120 to support the bodies 110, 120. A bolt 131 is fitted to the support body 130. By screwing the bolt 131 in the fixing part 120, the upper body 110 and the lower body 120 are separably connected through the support body 130.
