PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mole drain forming equipment and its method capable of easily forming the mole drain even at an end portion of a farmland or a sloped land. SOLUTION: A base end portion of a blade 15 having a projectile 14 at the tip portion is installed to a work machine (backhoe 11) in a rotatable manner, and a drive means (hydraulic cylinder 26) for turning the projectile to both standby positions at the work machine side and the counter-work machine side is respectively positioned above the ground with respect to the work position where the projectile can be inserted into the ground by a drive means at one standby position, then the blade is inserted to the ground and moved to the work position, the projectile is moved forward by the work machine and the mole drain is formed underground, and then the blade is turned so as to position the projectile to the other standby position and, in this way, another mole drain can be formed underground.
